As a photographer of colour, I bring a distinct and compelling perspective to my craft that captures the essence of often neglected communities and places. With roots in Bradford and Tottenham, I have an unyielding passion for empowering marginalised communities and illuminating their stories. Through my work, I strive to create images that honour the dignity and complexity of the individuals and spaces I capture. From the homeless and Eastern European migrants and aspiring South Asian footballers to the terminally ill, I have worked with diverse communities in the UK and abroad, challenging ignorance and prejudice through my art and contributing to a deeper understanding and respect for these groups.

My philosophy is grounded in humility, care, respect, and honesty, and my imagery reflects the essence of my subjects.

My curiosity about Artificial Intelligence applications has led me to explore the intersection between AI and human creativity, recognising the potential of these technologies to coexist and elevate one another. As an artist, I see limitless possibilities in AI, a tool that can amplify human imagination and contribute to creating art that transcends current limitations.

I have dedicated over a decade to empowering others through education, workshops, lecturing, and teaching at global institutions. As an advocate for diversity in education, I believe institutions must embrace educators of colour to enrich the educational experience and empower minorities, reflecting society's diversity.
